What is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational Therapy (OT) supports people of all ages to develop the skills, strategies, and confidence needed to participate in everyday life. Whether you're working towards greater independence, improving emotional wellbeing, or overcoming daily challenges, our goal is to help you achieve meaningful outcomes that align with what matters most to you.

We offer:

FAQs
Straight answers to the questions we hear most often from new clients across Australia
A quiet room, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera. A laptop or tablet works best. We send a simple link before we meet. No complex software is required.
Yes. We support self-managed and plan-managed participants across Australia. Telehealth is a valid and effective way to use your capacity-building funds. We handle the paperwork cleanly.
It depends entirely on your goals. Some clients achieve what they need in a short block of four to six sessions. Others benefit from ongoing support over a longer period. We will map this out clearly after your initial assessment.
For many, it is more effective. We see you in your real context. We solve problems where they actually happen. The research and our results show outcomes are strong when the therapist is a guide in your own environment.
